Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen the team can be proud of. You will lead, train and motivate chefs, manage stock, and ensure the branded menu is delivered with consistency and high standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or section.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Familiarity with branded menus and ensuring consistent quality.
