Job summary

Crown is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage the branded menu, and ensure top food quality while upholding health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and inspire Chefs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
