Job summary

Mint is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people, joining Vintage Inns’ welcoming pubs.

Qualifications

• Leadership and training of kitchen staff.
• Ability to drive targets with the team.
• Experience with stock control, ordering and menu execution.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
