Calverley Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the team, train chefs, and maintain high standards while working within the Vintage Inns family of pubs.

You will oversee food preparation, ordering, and stock control, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations while championing a branded menu. An opportunity for progression and team development is emphasized.

Formación

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
