Job summary

Calverley Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will lead by example, train your brigade, and ensure food quality while maintaining brand standards. This role offers progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Passion for great food and training people to perform at their best.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
