Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for the Sports Café at Whinfell Forest. The role covers leading kitchen operations, training juniors and ensuring high-quality dishes while maintaining standards.

The position is based on a full-time schedule with shifts from early morning to late evening. You will drive efficiency, control costs, and contribute to a lively, family-friendly dining experience with live sports and great hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required
• Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively
• Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency
