Job summary

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for the Sports Bar. You will drive high-quality dishes and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

You will lead and develop junior staff, monitor stock and costs, and support the Assistant Kitchen Manager. The role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over four weeks and a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth.
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required.
• Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively.
• Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency.
