Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for the Sports Café. You will oversee daily food preparation, lead and develop junior staff, and support the Assistant Kitchen Manager to ensure high standards and smooth kitchen operations.

The role requires attention to cost control, stock management, and waste reduction, with shifts from 8:00 to 23:30, a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period, and a competitive hourly rate of £15.05 plus tips.
