Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train chefs and Kitchen Team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
