Job summary

Magnet, a leading UK kitchen specialist, is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for its Oxford Showroom. You will own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation, crafting tailored kitchen designs and delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives trust and sales.

You will convert enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, and manage your pipeline while following up leads.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £47,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
