Job summary

Magnet Swindon showroom is recruiting for an energetic sales professional. You will convert showroom inquiries into high-value kitchen sales, design layouts and build lasting customer relationships, while managing your pipeline and following up leads.

Role requires closing sales, meeting targets, strong communication and weekend flexibility. Training and progression opportunities are provided as part of Magnet’s 100+ year heritage.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
