Job summary

Magnet is seeking a showroom sales role in Bishop’s Stortford. You will convert enquiries into high-value kitchen sales, designing products that balance creativity and commercial value, and manage customers through the full showroom journey.

You will build strong relationships, manage your pipeline, and conduct home visits to upsell and hit targets while protecting margins. A full UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement showroom sales is desirable.
• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For

• Desirably experience in home improvement design/showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
