Job summary

Magnet in Hitchin is recruiting for a showroom salesperson. You will convert enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, and manage the full customer journey from first contact to delivery.

The role focuses on building relationships, following up leads, and achieving sales targets while protecting margin. A full UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required.

• Experience in home improvement design/showroom sales.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £32,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For

• Desirably experience in home improvement design/showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
