Job summary

Magnet's Huntingdon showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, crafting tailored kitchen designs and delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, and manage your pipeline with home visits and upselling opportunities to meet sales targets.

• Experience in home improvement design and showroom sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets or KPIs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales

• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who We’re Looking For

• Have experience in home improvement design and showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
