Job summary

Magnet Huddersfield showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation, designing tailored kitchens while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits and hit sales targets while protecting margin. The role includes uncapped commission, monthly bonus, training and staff discounts.

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• An understanding of the home improvement industry is desirablebut not essential
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
