Job summary

Magnet in Perth is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation. You will design tailored kitchen solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchen concepts balancing creativity with commercial value, and manage the end-to-end process from lead to installation. Weekend availability is required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
