Job summary

Magnet is seeking a showroom sales specialist for our Trowbridge showroom. You will convert enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity and value, and build lasting relationships with customers from start to finish.

The role targets driving customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals. A valid UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required. We offer training, uncapped commission, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)
