Doubletree by Hilton Templepatrick is seeking a Kitchen Porter for weekday shifts. You will assist in washing, sanitising and storing crockery, cutlery and glassware, and help maintain a clean, orderly kitchen environment to support our chefs and deliver guest dining experiences.
You should have good English and the right to work in the UK, with at least 6 months of kitchen porter experience preferred. You will follow health and safety procedures and wear the designated uniform and PPE.

To ensure all items of crockery, cutlery & glassware are washed properly, dried and stored correctly.
Cleaning of pots, pans & equipment, and their storage
To carry out cleaning duties as outlined in standard procedures.
To maintain cleanliness of refuse area and ensure kitchen bins regularly emptied.
To be aware of hazardous substances and to ensure that relative protective clothing is worn, and directions followed.
To adhere to any reasonable request from management or chefs
To participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance.
Wear clean suitable uniform at all times and ensure a high level of personal hygiene & grooming.
Observe all requirements under Health & Safety regulations.
