Thornbury Castle Hotel in Bradley Stoke near Bristol is hiring a Kitchen Porter. This full-time role requires a calm, mature approach, reliability, and teamwork. You will clean crockery, support chefs, and ensure food safety standards while working 40 hours per week.

Evening and weekend shifts are included. The job offers on-site meals, uniform, free parking, staff discounts on accommodation and F&B, plus access to training.

Responsibilities

• Use industrial dishwashers to clean all crockery and chefs' utensils.
• Clean the Kitchen Areas following Food Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Basic preparation of vegetables under supervision of senior chefs.
• Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Support the team and help colleagues; training programs available.
• Uniform and meals provided; free parking; on-duty meals.

  Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment programme bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.
  40 hours contract
• £12.71 per hour
• Will include evening and weekend shifts
• Use the industrial dishwashers to clean all crockery and chefs' utensils
• Clean the Kitchen Areas following full Food Safety and COSHH guidelines
• Basic preparation of vegetables under the supervision of senior chefs
• Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
