Job summary

Thornbury Castle Hotel in Bath is seeking a Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher for a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends. You will operate industrial dishwashers, maintain clean kitchen areas and assist with basic vegetable prep under supervision.

The Castle has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment programme bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.
  40 hours contract
• £12.71 per hour
• Will include evening and weekend shifts
• Use the industrial dishwashers to clean all crockery and chefs' utensils
• Clean the Kitchen Areas following full Food Safety and COSHH guidelines
• Basic preparation of vegetables under the supervision of senior chefs
• Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
