Job summary

Somerset Larder is seeking staff for a full-time catering role at Hinkley Point C. You will assist chefs, help with food preparation and cooking, and ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained across operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chefs with preparation and cooking of food as required.
• Clean all equipment, crockery and cutlery as required.
• Take delivery of stock and check items.
• Act as Banksman and other job-specific operations as required.
• Support cleaning, periodic cleaning and deep cleaning as required.
• Clean ancillary equipment to support catering operations.
• Ensure food handling adheres to Food Safety & Quality Management System.
