Liberation Pubs & Bars, part of Butcombe Group, is seeking a Kitchen Porter who is hardworking, dependable and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll play a crucial role keeping the kitchen clean, supporting chefs and ensuring service runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment to support service
• Wash, clean and prep pots, pans, crockery and equipment for busy service
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas tidy, including pot wash and deep cleaning
• Assist with basic food preparation to help chefs keep service moving
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and hygiene standards
• Support deliveries, stock rotation, and safe storage of goods
• Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures
• Work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team with energy and reliability
