Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment throughout the shift
• Washing pots, pans, crockery and equipment and ensuring readiness for service
• Keeping back-of-house areas tidy and supporting deep cleaning tasks
• Supporting basic food preparation when required to help service flow
• Managing waste disposal and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and safe storage of goods
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team with energy and a positive attitude
