Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment to support smooth service.
Wash, clean, and prep pots, pans, crockery, and equipment during busy service.
Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas tidy throughout the shift, including pot wash and deep cleans.
Assist with basic food preparation to help chefs keep service moving.
Manage waste disposal, recycling, and hygiene standards.
Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and safe storage of goods.
Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times.
Work in a fast-paced kitchen team with energy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
