Qualifications
- Hardworking and reliable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures consistently.
- Willingness to assist with basic food preparation when required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen area during shifts.
- Wash, clean, and ready pots, pans, crockery, and equipment for service.
- Keep back-of-house areas tidy, including pot wash and deep cleaning tasks.
- Assist with basic food preparation to help keep service moving.
- Assist with waste disposal, recycling, and hygiene standards.
- Help with deliveries, stock rotation, and safe storage of goods.
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times.
- Work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team with energy and reliability.
