Côte Brasserie in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team. You’ll help keep the kitchen spotless, support the chefs and ensure dishes flow smoothly from prep to service.

You’ll take pride in cleanliness, stay calm during busy services, and learn new skills. This role offers an hourly rate with a service charge and opportunities to grow within a friendly, welcoming restaurant group.

Responsabilités

• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised, before, during and after service.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready when the team needs them.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and support the kitchen with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Keep an eye out for equipment faults or hazards and let the team know when something needs attention.
• Support the chefs wherever you can, especially when the kitchen is busy.
• Follow our food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
