Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen/back-of-house spotless, safe and organised throughout service
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready
• Maintain cleaning supplies and assist with basic food preparation when needed
• Manage waste and recycling safely
• Identify equipment faults or hazards and report promptly
• Support the chefs when the kitchen is busy
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
