Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team in the United Kingdom. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe, supporting chefs during busy service and ensuring dishes can be prepared efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery and utensils are ready.
• Support basic food preparation when needed and manage supplies.
• Handle waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Assist chefs during busy periods and adhere to safety standards.
