Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team. You’ll help keep kitchens clean and organized, enabling the chefs to deliver high-quality dishes to guests.

As part of a supportive kitchen, you’ll operate the dishwasher, assist with basic food preparation, and ensure waste is managed safely while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. A reliable, proactive team player is valued here.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised before, during and after service.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready when needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Monitor equipment for faults or hazards and report them promptly.
• Support the chefs and assist during busy periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
