Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team in the United Kingdom. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean and organised, operate the dishwasher, and support basic food prep and waste management to ensure a smooth service.

You will thrive with a can-do attitude, reliability, and a genuine team-first mindset, staying calm during busy periods and learning new skills to contribute to our kitchen’s success.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking and take pride in cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning systems and basic food preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised before, during and after service.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready when the team needs them.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and support the kitchen with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Be alert to equipment faults or hazards and report to the team.
• Support the chefs wherever you can, especially when the kitchen is busy.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
