Job summary

Côte Brasserie is hiring a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly so our chefs can focus on delivering high-quality dishes. You’ll work behind the scenes in a busy kitchen, handling dishwashing, waste management and basic prep, while following food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure crockery, pots and pans are clean and ready.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and assist with basic food preparation.
• Manage waste and recycling safely.
• Monitor equipment and raise faults when needed.
• Support the chefs when the kitchen is busy.
• Follow food safety and health & safety standards.
