Responsibilities

• Maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors and storage areas.
• Wash, sanitise and organise crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils safely.
• Support kitchen team by clearing and preparing workstations between service periods.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain organised refuse areas in line with health and safety rules.
• Report maintenance issues, breakages or hygiene concerns to management promptly.
