Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, catering or cleaning preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Commitment to health and safety protocols and to working as part of a team.
• Desirable: prior experience in a professional kitchen

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene across surfaces, equipment, floors and storage areas.
• Wash, sanitise, and organise crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils; support between service periods.
• Assist with stock rotation, waste disposal and basic food storage procedures; operate dishwashers safely.
