Shepherd Neame Ltd in Kent is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy pub kitchen, helping keep the kitchen clean and efficient behind the scenes at the Horse and Groom in Wilmington.

Daily duties include washing and maintaining crockery and equipment, keeping areas hygienic, assisting with basic food prep, and helping the team during peak service. No experience required—training provided, with flexible hours and staff discounts across our pubs.
