Job summary

The Hoxton in the United Kingdom is seeking a hospitality teammate to uphold health and safety in their section, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and ensure smooth opening/closing of the culinary area. You will work with a team to deliver a memorable guest experience and uphold high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for H&S in your section.
• Maintain a clean and food safe working area.
• Keep uniform clean and presentable.
• Follow guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
• Attend training sessions for the culinary team.
• Safely open and close designated culinary area.
• Maintain culinary areas, equipment and FF&F’s.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards.

What you'll do...

• Responsible for the H&S in your section.

• Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
• Attend all training sessions for the culinary team.
• Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated culinary area.
• General maintenance of all culinary areas, equipment, and F&F’s.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
