Job summary

The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush is seeking a confident Night Auditor to join us in London. You’ll ensure a seamless guest experience at night, handle check-ins/outs, and assist the Night Manager with any overbooking levels while working with other teams to keep operations smooth.

We’re looking for individuals with a hospitality mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a calm, helpful attitude in a smaller night team.

Qualifications

• Attitude and willingness to help others; ability to stay calm at night.
• Hotel or similar experience is welcome but not required.
• You are yourself in the role and bring a positive, flexible approach to the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience at night remains welcoming and special.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs and verify bills are accurate.
• Collaborate with all teams and support the Night Manager with overbooking as needed.
• Answer phones, handle requests, and be the go-to for guests during night hours.

We are looking for a confident Night Auditorto join us at The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush.

Our fourth London Hoxton is located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food. Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, 237 bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a central wraparound bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way


• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises


• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels


• Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise time, involving the team as needed - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

• It's all about attitude for us, someone who enjoys being helpful to others and isn't easily flustered - there's a smaller team working at night so confidence and knowing how to work things out by yourself are key


• Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know
