Job summary

Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking a motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, safe and hygienic, washing crockery and cooking equipment, and ensuring all areas meet high standards.

We offer a generous OTE of £32,803.47 per year based on a 45 hour contract, with a base salary of £28,643.47 and gratuities approximating £4,000. This role is paid hourly and the figures shown are projections.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are currently looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Estelle Manor.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,803.47 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,643.47, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As Kitchen Porter you will help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that it is clean, safe and hygienic at all times. Responsible for cleaning all crockery and cooking equipment correctly using the facilities provided. And ensure that all kitchen areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
