Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our wonderful team in The Billiards, our fine dining Chinese restaurant.

The on target earning potential for this Waiter role is £33,560 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,560, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*.

• As a Waiter in The Billiards Room, you’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits our fine dining Chinese restaurant.
• Your main focus will be serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering lunch and dinner services—with a commitment to excellence.
• You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy dinner periods.
• Additionally, your skills in upselling and encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
