Shepherd Neame Limited is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchens running smoothly at our traditional pubs in Britain. You’ll help wash, tidy, and maintain equipment while supporting the kitchen team with core tasks. Training is provided if you’re new, and you’ll work with a friendly team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

This role emphasizes pride, teamwork, and reliability, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow within our pubs and brewery family.

Where You’ll Be Working

Known by locals as Village HQ, the George & Dragon is a traditional English pub with a menu that celebrates the absolute best of British. A large, open garden space is perfect for summer evenings. For our sports lovers we have indoor and outdoor TV’s screening all the latest live sports.
