Job summary

Shepherd Neame Limited is looking for a Kitchen Porter in Deal to keep our kitchens running smoothly. You will wash and maintain equipment, support the kitchen team, and help with basic food preparation during peak times.

No experience? No problem — full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed and grow within our hospitality team.

Where You’ll Be Working

Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotel’s Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.
