Job summary

Searcys are looking for a casual Kitchen Porter to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe. You will assist the Kitchen Team in day-to-day operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas, and supporting kitchen staff.

Salary: £13.50 per hour. Working 5 days over 7. Benefits include 50% venue discounts, pension, up to 35 days annual leave, meals on shift, cycle to work, and birthday off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is desirable.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure food safety standards are followed.
• Assist with waste management and recycling.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables and cutting ingredients.
• Organise and store kitchen supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
• Help with unloading deliveries and storing items appropriately.

Searcys are looking for a Casual Kitchen Porter to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to assist the Kitchen Team in the day to day running of the Kitchen. As a Searcys Kitchen Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen staff by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:
