Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter at Rosewood London to uphold exceptional cleanliness across kitchens and service areas. You will support the culinary and restaurant teams by maintaining hygienic spaces, proper storage, and equipment upkeep, ensuring guest experiences meet Rosewood’s standards.

In this role, you’ll follow Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines, operate washing equipment, and assist with waste management while being flexible to support the wider operation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchens and restaurants.
• Clean, store, and maintain kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, pots and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support waste management and recycling, minimizing breakages and losses.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team and participate in daily briefings to ensure smooth operation.
