Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. You will help deliver five-star service to our guests while supporting a positive, energetic team environment.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, with benefits including a pension and staff discounts. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Take ownership of your area in line with hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
Work with the stewarding management team on crockery, breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
Maintain food safety by keeping the cleanliness of all equipment and F&B areas daily.

To assist the department you are allocated to work on the day and proactively support as required and comply with COSHH, health & Safety standards and hotel policies.
Relevant experience as kitchen porter from a stewarding operation working at scale within a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.

Annual earnings to £32,000 (£26,436.80 base salary + non-contractual tronc)
