Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our luxury St Martins Lane hotel in Covent Garden, London. You will help keep the kitchen pristine, operate dishwashing equipment, and assist chefs with basic prep in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Supporting the receipt, storage, and organisation of deliveries
• Ensuring waste is managed safely and efficiently
• Keeping floors, workstations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment clean and well-maintained
• Following food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies at all times
• Supporting the wider kitchen brigade during busy service periods
• Helping create a safe, organised, and efficient working environment

What You'll Be Doing
