Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Support receipt, storage and organisation of deliveries.
• Ensure waste is managed safely and efficiently.
• Keep floors and workspaces clean and well-maintained.
• Follow food hygiene, health & safety and company policies.
• Support the wider kitchen brigade during busy service periods.
• Contribute to a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Supporting the receipt, storage, and organisation of deliveries
• Ensuring waste is managed safely and efficiently
• Keeping floors, workstations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment clean and well-maintained
• Following food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies at all times
• Supporting the wider kitchen brigade during busy service periods
• Helping create a safe, organised, and efficient working environment
