LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Breakfast Chef for St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel in Covent Garden. You’ll start early to deliver high-quality breakfast options with energy, style, and attention to dietary needs.

You’ll work with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintain cleanliness, and help with menu development while enjoying employee discounts and a dynamic, luxury-hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a breakfast or line chef, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• A calm, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• A creative eye for presentation and a strong understanding of dietary needs.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
