Job summary

North Sea Fish Restaurant Limited is seeking a Kitchen Porter/ Cleaner to join a busy fish & chip shop in Greater London. The role involves dishwashing, accepting deliveries, cleaning toilets, mopping floors, preparing potatoes and cleaning grills and the potato room, plus general kitchen support for the chefs.

Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide references. Full time or part time position with weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience in a busy kitchen or fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning dishes and kitchenware.
• Accepting deliveries (potatoes, drinks and other deliveries).
• Cleaning including toilets.
• Mopping up floors and surfaces.
• Preparation of potatoes for cooking.
• Cleaning grills and metals from fryer.
• Cleaning of potatoes room and all other rooms.
• General assistance and running errands for chefs.
