The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotel’s Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.

• Prepare and cook dishes to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy periods.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
