Job summary

Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. You will keep the area clean, wash and sanitise equipment, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a welcoming hotel setting.

Join our team and contribute to high standards of hygiene, assist with deliveries and restocking, and work collaboratively to support chefs and service staff. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas and storage rooms.
• Dispose of waste in line with hygiene standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.
• Operate dishwashers and other cleaning equipment safely.
• Support with deliveries and proper storage of goods.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitise all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, floors, and storage rooms
• Dispose of waste and recycling following hygiene standards
• Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials as needed
• Operate dishwashers and other cleaning equipment safely
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with deliveries and storing goods properly
• Work as part of a team to support smooth kitchen operations
