Fundamental Hospitality in London is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to join one of our prestigious restaurants. You will support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong work ethic, and punctuality. Previous experience is preferred, and eligibility to live and work in the UK is required. Salary is £13.30–£14.25 per hour with staff meals on duty.

The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep all kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe
• Support chefs and the kitchen team during service
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Manage waste, recycling, and deliveries
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

We're Looking For

• Previous Kitchen Porter experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
